All College Day is an important day of strategic visioning, planning, and professional development for the college. This year, we are excited to focus on the Changing Landscape of Higher Education- including artificial intelligence. Our Institutional Priorities focus on how we can best position the college for changes that will have a profound impact on us. While we can’t lose sight of the need to enroll more high school-aged students, we must assess how well we are attracting and serving our adult learner population and whether we have a compelling message that contradicts the growing concern about the value of higher education.

HR supports and promotes communication strategies to enhance the employee experience, increase employee engagement, and share information and knowledge. HR Forums are held every Spring, Fall, and Summer. HR On-Site Visits provide employees access to their HR and payroll representatives.
