Human Resources coordinates the process of college orientation. College orientation introduces new hires to the overall structure, culture, and policies of the college. History of the College, Culture, and Campus Tour. In this module, you will learn about key milestones in the college's history, understand how the college's mission aligns with the community, identify the core values of the college and how they are demonstrated in daily operations and decision-making, as well as outline the college's current strategic priorities and how your role will help contribute to advancing these initiatives through your work and engagement.

FLSA Trainings: As part of our ongoing effort, the trainings below were created to provide guidance and support on the Department of Labor’s administration of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is a federal regulation, and the college is required to maintain compliance. There are multiple trainings available for part-time and full-time employees.
