Workforce planning

Every year the college submits a workforce planning report to DHRM. The planning report utilizes data analytics to proactively identify current and future workforce needs, risks, and challenges and to craft an overall workforce strategy that aligns with the strategic priorities of the agency

Workplace Assessments

HR may provide units with a Workplace Assessment if there is a claim of violation of employment laws, DHRM policy, or VCCS policy.
