Submit technology requests to be evaluated by the VCCS Technology Council for consideration and approval. Technology requests may include System-wide technology projects, procurements, services, or policies and standards.

Technology Funding Request

Request to add your software to the IT Budget. MUST BE A DEAN, DIRECTOR OR HIGHER TO SUBMIT REQUEST. All requests submitted by anyone no in one of these positions will automatically be denied.

Technology Procurement Evaluation(TPPR)

Is your technology purchase over $50,000.00? Submit your requests here for further evaluation by the CIO. All requests not submitted for evaluation prior to submittal will via eVA, will be automatically denied.
