MyBrightpoint login information and support. MyBrightpoint provides access to VCCS applications for students, faculty, and staff at Brightpoint and across all VCCS colleges.

The Virtual Computing Lab (VCL) provides 24x7 access to computing resources from any location, using nearly any available online device. Computers and software tools are available to faculty, staff, and students through the VCL portal, on demand, allowing users to request immediate access to resources or to schedule access at a later time.

Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS) that is available to all faculty, staff and current students via MyBrightpoint and directly at learn.vccs.edu. Your MyBrightpoint username and password is required to login to Canvas. The recommended browsers for Canvas are Firefox and Chrome.

Microsoft 365 information and support. Microsoft 365 includes cloud-based applications and services such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneDrive that is accessible to faculty & staff.

Brightpoint Wi-Fi provides campus-wide Internet access to all faculty, staff, students, and guest. Eduroam short for "education roaming" is a secure wireless service that extends this service at participating institutions world-wide, ensuring seamless connectivity for visiting faculty, staff, and students from other colleges.


Printing service and support for local and network printers across campus.


Submit a request for assistance with AIS, SIS, or HCM account issues.


Brightpoint registered students can access Microsoft 365 and install it for free. Student resources are also available at resources.vccs.edu that include student discounts and Respondus Lockdown Browser.
