  • You have been added to a Call Queue for a shared/departmental phone number.

Steps

Click the pictures for a larger view. These instructions are valid for the Teams App and Teams on the web.

  1. At top of the Teams app, click the 3 dots to the left of your profile picture, and then click Settings.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Select Calls on the left, and then look at the top of the right pane. You will see a tab for your personal line, and a tab for each Call Queue assigned to you. Select the Call Queue you want to edit. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. The first (and likely only) setting turns the phone line on or off for you. It does not affect other members of the Call Queue. A Blue oval with the dot on the right means you are Opted-In and will receive calls to that number. A black or Gray oval with the dot on the left means you are Opted-Out and will not receive calls to that number.
NOTE: Opting in or out applies to ALL devices.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
