BRCC provides desk phones, phone numbers, and voicemail access for each Staff and Full-Time Faculty member, as well as various department phones and building phones. The phone service includes emergency alerts and Blue Light phones in outdoor public areas.

Administration
Phones are configured and administered by BRCC Technology Services. The phone system is hosted by the VCCS
Key function
Phones are used for personal communication, college alerts, and emergency services. Remote telephony is provided via the application Cisco Jabber.
Getting Started
Faculty/Staff will see their personal line and any departmental lines on the screen of their phone. Each phone on campus is configured with a speed dial to Public Safety. Each classroom and hallway also has a phone for emergency alerts.
