BRCC provides phone numbers and voicemail access for each Staff and Full-Time Faculty member, as well as various department phone numbers and physical building phones. The phone service includes emergency alerts and Blue Light phones in outdoor public areas. BRCC uses Teams Phone as it's provider.

Administration
The phone system, physical phones, and phone numbers are configured and administered by BRCC Technology Services.
Key function
Phone numbers are used for internal, external, and college-related communication, and emergency services. Remote telephony is provided via the teams app on college-owned computers and personal devices.
Getting Started
Faculty/Staff will see their personal line and any departmental lines in the Teams app on the side bar by clicking the Calls app. Each classroom and hallway has a phone for emergency alerts, calling public safety, or calling other internal or external people or departments.
