TDX KB: Review Dates
Before Getting Started
TeamDynamix (TDX) articles like this one have a review date. In advance of the review date, the TDX system sends a notification to the owner(s) of the article that the article is due for review.
Every month VCCS automatically generates a ticket assigned to the owner(s) of articles that lists the articles that have passed their review date, and therefore require review. A workflow is also assigned that includes specific things to check for, such as article currency, correct ownership, and feedback.
Assumption
You are a technician, or a member of a group that has been assigned this review task.
Steps
Click into the article. If the article is current and has no other issues that should be addressed, then edit the article and set a review date one year in the future.
Go to the article Settings
Set a review date
If you need to set a different group as the owner, a related article is attached to this one.
