TDX: Managing Article Feedback

Before Getting Started

Users are able to leave "Helpful" and "Not Helpful" feedback on articles that can include comments on the details. Technicians can mark feedback as "Addressed," but also have the ability to create a ticket from the feedback. Sometimes this feedback is not very useful, but technicians themselves can use this function to leave more substantive feedback and input on articles.

Assumption

You are a technician with the ability to address feedback.

Steps

Click the Feedback tab at the bottom of the article.

Helpful Feedback

Often you can just mark helpful feedback as addressed with no further action.

Not Helpful Feedback

If there is substance to the "Not Helpful" feedback, you can address it by updating the article, and then mark the feedback as addressed. If there is no substance to the feedback, you can simply mark it as addressed.
