In support of our commitment to high performance and integrity, the HR department is designating an open period annually for supervisors of classified employees to submit a request to review a position's classification and compensation. This formalizes Laurel Ridge's prior process of ad hoc classification and compensation reviews to streamline and light the process with the budget cycle for efficiency and effectiveness.
Scope: Applies to classified employees; both full-time and quasi-full-time employees who have completed their probationary period AND classified part-time wage employees who have been continuously employed by the college for one year.
