How to submit your official transcripts

Welcome, newest faculty member, to Laurel Ridge Community College! As part of the onboarding process, all faculty must have official transcripts sent to Human Resources.

What constitutes an official transcript?
Transcripts must be issued directly to Laurel Ridge from the educational institution(s) you attended, and they must be unsealed.

What if I have unsealed transcripts already? Can I provide them to you?
Unfortunately, no.  Transcripts can't be issued to the student, and must be issued directly to Laurel Ridge Community College.

How do I submit my transcripts?

Easy! We accept digital and paper official transcripts.

Paper transcripts may be sent to:
