We have an HP G4 Dragonfly that will not boot:
Caps Lock flashes 5 times
Power LED flashes between amber and white
After a few seconds the cooling fan activates
The keyboard lights up
Steps taken:
Held power button for ~30 seconds
Attempted boot with battery removed and power connected
Attempted boot with SSD removed with battery connected and disconnected
Attempted BIOS recovery with 'WIN' + 'V' keys(held for ~ 30 seconds) and power (held for ~3 seconds) - Attempted with and without USB BIOS recovery
Attempted BIOS recovery with 'WIN' + 'B' keys(held for ~ 30 seconds) and power (held for ~3 seconds) - Attempted with and without USB BIOS recovery
It looks like the care pack warranty is still good until 11-18-2027.
