A couple of VCCS colleges reported seeing a receivables-related Group Post batch in the SIS Student Financials module that includes transactions for a number of colleges. This batch is the result of a college running Quick Post Summarization. Because the Business Unit is not on the run control, the process collects all Quick Post Student Financials transactions posted in the VCCS SIS for all colleges for reporting purposes. As a result, please refrain from running the Summarize Quick Post. See the attachment for more details. Thanks for your cooperation.
