Add a User to a RICOH Scanner/Copier
- Navigate to the Address Book
- Press the waffle icon on the right side of the screen.
- Press the "User Tools" button on the control panel.
- Select "Address Book Management”
- Add a New User
- Choose the option “New Program”
- A form will appear prompting you to enter the user details.
- Enter User Information
- Input the required information for the new user, such as:
- Name: Enter the user's full name.
- Email: Provide the user's email address (under the email tab).
- Click “Ok”
Delete a User from a RICOH Scanner/Copier
- Navigate to the Address Book
- Press the waffle icon on the right side of the screen.
- Press the "User Tools" button on the control panel.
- Select "Address Book Management”
- Delete a user
- Choose the option “Delete”
- Select the name of the user you would like to delete
- Confirm
- A message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to delete the user. Press okay if you wish to confirm.
