Add a User to a RICOH Scanner/Copier

  1. Navigate to the Address Book
    • Press the waffle icon on the right side of the screen.
    • Press the "User Tools" button on the control panel.
    • Select "Address Book Management”
  2.  Add a New User
    • Choose the option “New Program”
    • A form will appear prompting you to enter the user details.
  3. Enter User Information
    • Input the required information for the new user, such as:
      • Name: Enter the user's full name.
      •  Email: Provide the user's email address (under the email tab).
      • Click “Ok”

Delete a User from a RICOH Scanner/Copier

  1.  Navigate to the Address Book
    • Press the waffle icon on the right side of the screen.
    • Press the "User Tools" button on the control panel.
    • Select "Address Book Management”
  2.  Delete a user
    • Choose the option “Delete”
    • Select the name of the user you would like to delete
  3. Confirm
    • A message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to delete the user. Press okay if you wish to confirm.
