You can get the installation files by following the instructions below: (Typically this is done by your IT department., as most people do not have access to install software on their PCs.)
The install of Perceptive Content 22.2 client is located on \\psdata.vccs.edu\software\Perceptive Content folder.
Mapping the drive:

Open File/Windows Explorer

Type \\psdata.vccs.edu and hit Enter.

Scroll down to find Software.

Right click on Software and choose Map network drive…

Choose an appropriate drive letter.

Ensure that Connect using different credentials is checked.

Click Finish.

Type directory\ and your EAD/MyVCCS user id (ex. directory\abc123) and your EAD/MyVCCS password and click OK.

A new window should open.
There is a ReadMe.txt file in this folder as well. Please read that in order to ensure the Perceptive Content Client installation is successful.
