How To Scan To Email

1.  From the main copier screen (shown below), select “Scan”.

2. From the next panel (shown below), select “E-mail”.

3. If names are shown on the next panel (shown below), that means you have saved them from a prior scan and you may tap one of them if your recipient is shown.  If no names are present, tap the bar to the left labeled “Direct Input”.  This will allow you to enter the email address of the person that you want the scan to be sent to.

4. Selecting “Direct Input” will bring up a keyboard (shown below) for you to enter the email address of the person to send the scan to.  After you type the address, press the “OK” button and the “Copy” button will change from red to signal it is ready to scan.  Scan your document like normal and it will be emailed to your recipient.
