Removing Campus Printers in Windows

Key Points:

  • Users can remove printers/copiers from a college machine they are logged in to at any time if they no longer need to print to them.  Removal of printers/copiers will only affect the current user that is logged in to the machine.

  • With the old campus print servers (SR11PSRV01 and SR11PSRV02 for Parham Road, SR21PSRV01 and SR21PSRV02 for Downtown, and SR31PSRV01 and SR31PSRV02 for Goochland) being permanently taken offline as of Friday, October 27, 2023, users will need to remove any old printer connections from their machines to avoid printing errors.

Instructions:

For users that have Windows 10 machines
