Laptop and Desktop Issuance Guide

 

Job Type Classification Laptop or Desktop
Full Time Administrative Faculty Laptop
Full-Time (9/12 Month) Faculty Laptop
Full-Time Classified Staff – Option 1 Laptop
Full-Time Classified Staff – Option 2 Desktop (used by staff that are using shared computers)
Adjunct Faculty Desktop (in shared adjunct offices)
Wage Employees - Option 1 Laptop (if major duties include regular access to computing resources)
Wage Employees - Option 2 Desktop (if work location is a shared office)
Work-Study Desktop (in a shared office)
Any other employee type Device available upon request from supervisor

Laptops will be issued to full-time and part-time employees whose primary duties include regular access to computing resources and work in non-shared office locations.  Desktops will be provided in office locations using shared work spaces such as adjunct offices, front desk areas utilizing work study employees, and housekeeping break rooms.
