The revised DHRM Policy 1.40 Performance Management requires staff to complete a self-evaluation before the supervisor issues the performance evaluation form. The self-evaluation form is launched to full-time employees by November 1 If you have not received your self-evaluation in Vision EAS by the close of business on November 1, please contact your HR consultant.
Self-evaluations must be completed in Vision EAS by November 14.
