The new DHRM Policy 1.40 Performance Management changes the evaluation timeline. As such, the new timeline is outlined below:
•By October 31, HR initiates the Performance Evaluation Season
•November 1-14, Employees submit their Self-Evaluation
•November 15- December 15, the Supervisor completes the Evaluation form and conducts the review meeting.
•November 15- January 15, Position Description, Goals, and Telework Agreement are reviewed and submitted for the upcoming evaluation period.
•January 16- February 1, HR uploads all required information to Cardinal and state systems as instructed.
Note: The current telework agreements will continue until the new ones go into effect in January 2026.
