HR is pleased to announce the release of the performance evaluation process in Vision EAS. Since last year, much has changed due to the feedback many of you provided. Supervisors' written instructions can be referenced in the attachments located in the right bottom corner of this page. Your direct reports can find their written instructions on their Vision My Dashboards / My HR page, above the tabs.
Quick Start:
- Performance Evaluation Purpose: To create an environment for administrative and professional faculty that promotes high performance and continuous improvement, resulting in optimal efficiency and effectiveness of services that foster student success.
- The evaluation period is July 1- June 30, 2025.
- The A&P Performance Management Document Group includes the following electronic documents:
- Self-Assessment
- Objectives Feedback
- Performance Evaluation
- Responsibilities and Qualification Summary (required for SACS-COC)

Supervisors should "publish" documents with the employee, then invite any additional users (e.g., HR or the supervisor’s supervisor).

Supervisors should "publish" and update A&P Telework forms for the year.

Once each document is ready for approvals, the supervisor locks the document and submits it for approvals
