Notice of Separation to College Stakeholders

Upon receipt of notification for an employee separation, HR will submit a Notice of Termination form.  This form provides notification to various stakeholders throughout the college community of the impending departure.  The form serves as notification to cease access for various items such as, but not limited to:

  • Technology access
  • Key collection
  • Removal of distribution lists
  • Collection of purchase card, if relevant
