Exit Interview

The purpose of the exit interview is to assess the overall employee experience within the college and to identify opportunities to improve retention and engagement.  The aggregated information collected in the exit interview is shared annually with the executive leadership team.  Additionally, urgent feedback may be shared directly with the President and/or division VP for continuous improvement.  Human Resources will email the separating employee a link to complete the exit interview.
