How to Change Primary Email for the Team Dynamix Ticketing System
How to edit primary email for TeamDynamix work order system:
Navigate to helpdesk.laurelridge.edu and sign in.
Click on user name in the top right corner.
Click "My Profile."
Click "Edit."
Click the "Primary Email*" field and enter your @laurelridge.edu email. Repeat this process under "Alert/Notification Email."
Click "Save."
