How to edit primary email for TeamDynamix work order system:

  1. Navigate to helpdesk.laurelridge.edu and sign in.
     
  2. Click on user name in the top right corner.

  3. Click "My Profile."

  4. Click "Edit."

  5. Click the "Primary Email*" field and enter your @laurelridge.edu email. Repeat this process under "Alert/Notification Email."

  6. Click "Save."
