TDX: Promote Client to Technician

Admin > Users & Roles > Users - Search for User

From General, Select Technician Security Role

Go to Applications

Select these:

  • Community
  • My Work
  • People
    • The People application allows users to search, create, and modify People and Account/Department records in TDNext.
  • Projects
  • TDNext
  • Workspaces

Select the Technician role for their local Portal

Select the Technician role for their Ticketing Application

Select any Groups requested and make sure they’re Notified

Go to Desktops

Select Default User

Save
