Teams Mobile Notifications/Quiet Time Scheduling
On the Teams Mobile app, you can schedule times to not be notified. Since callers will be calling the user now, instead of the user's office, this could be especially helpful if you don't wish to see calls after hours or when you are on vacation/leave.
To schedule quiet time:
- Tap your profile picture in the upper left of the Teams Mobile app.

- Tap Notifications.

- Tap Block during quiet hours.

- Toggle on "Certain hours", select desired days of the week, and set your desired quiet hours' start/end times.

- You can also set quiet hours by the day (ie: If you do not wish to be notified on the weekends).

- There is also an option to sync your quiet time settings to Outlook. This is not recommended at this time.

Do Not Disturb (DND) Presence status
At any time, if you set your "Presence" status to Do not disturb, all notifications will be silenced on all devices, and calls will be sent directly to voicemail.
To make this setting change, click your profile picture at the top of the Teams window, and click your status (typically Available) and change it to the Do not disturb option:

Teams Desktop Notifications
There are many settings for notifications in the PC version of the Teams app.
You can access these settings by clicking the ... button in the top bar and select Settings:
Then click Notifications and Activity.

Scroll down to see many different notification options, such as:
- Mute all Teams notifications
- Set default sounds (and when they should/should not play)
- How your notification preview should look and behave
- Set up missed activity emails
- Configure chat, meeting, and call notifications
