Computer hardware service for VPCC laptops and desktop computers, including the Visix system. Computer hardware refers to any physical component of a computer system, such as laptops, desktop computers, mice, keyboards, monitors, headsets, power cords, and related peripherals.


Computer software service for VPCC computers. Computer software are programs used to perform a specific task such as Adobe, Microsoft Office, web browsers, etc.


VPCC email support for adjunct, faculty, and staff.

A VPCC account is used to login to VPCC computers and Microsoft365.(e.g. doej@vpcc.edu). The following services can be requested for VPCC account maintenance: update account information, disable/enable account, name change, extend network account expiration, temporary account access, Teams folder and files access.

Canvas information and support. Canvas is a Learning Management System (LMS) that is available to all faculty, staff, and current students.


For non-VPCC employees and prospective students that need to login to a VPCC computer. Temporary Login request are not needed for VPCC students.


Network connectivity support for problems or disruptions in establishing, accessing, or maintaining a network connection on VPCC campuses.


VPCC registered students can access Microsoft 365 and install it for free. Student resources are also available at resources.vccs.edu that include student discounts and Respondus Lockdown Browser.
