Welcome to the VPCC TeamDynamix Services Portal. To access TeamDynamix you will need to sign in using your MyVPCC credentials.
Once signed in we encourage you to view and edit your profile to make sure we have the correct contact information. To edit your profile, click on your name in the upper right corner, select My Profile then edit. In the Contact Information section check your primary email and alert/notification email address to make sure it is the email address you would like to receive your service request notifications. Also, update your phone number.
Please note: Your primary email address should be your VPCC account email address. (e.g.., doej@vpcc.edu). If you do not have a VPCC account it should be your myVCCS email address (e.g.., abc123@email.vccs.edu).
How to Submit a Ticket
To submit
a new ticket, select the Services option from the navigation menu to view the service catalog or you can select a service from under the Services & Tickets column as shown below on the Home page.
Navigate through the service catalog until you find the service you would like to submit a ticket for. You can also use the search field and type a keyword to find your service. Once a service is selected, you can open a service request by clicking on the green ‘Submit a Ticket’ button. After you submit a ticket you can view it by going to "View My Tickets" on the Home page. You will also receive an email notification once your ticket has been submitted.

If you have forgotten your MyVPCC password or username, you can use Forgot Password or Forgot Username to generate a new password or look up your username.
