Tech Tip #39: VCL

Today we continue our “love” series with the VCL.  VCL, or the Virtual Computing Lab is a new tool for creating a virtual machine.  No more do students need to fret that their 8-year-old laptop can’t run programs like AutoCAD or Adobe Photoshop.  If they have a web connection, they are golden.

Computers and software tools are available to faculty, staff, and students through the VCL portal, on demand, allowing users to request immediate access to resources or to schedule access at a later time.
