Canvas

Please contact your instructor with Canvas related issues. Additionally, please reference Article - Getting Started with Canvas (vccs.edu).

 

Microsoft Office

The Microsoft Office 365 service for Virginia Community College System (VCCS) students allows students to install and use the Office suite of programs free of charge. To download and install the software suite, students can visit office.vccs.edu and sign in with their full VCCS student email e.g. abc12345@email.vccs.edu, and VCCS/Canvas password.

Multi Factor Authentication

The Virginia Community College System (VCCS) requires the use of multi-factor, or two-step, authentication (MFA). Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to provide two or more forms of identification before accessing their account.
