Steps to reset MyVCCS password

  1. Go to MyPVCC. Enter your username. Click Next
  2. Click Forgot Password
    MyVCCS login screen showing a password text box. Forgot Password option is outlined by a red box under the Password text box. There are options to GO to the next step or Start Over.
  3. A code will be sent to your email. If you do not have email set up on your account, click Try Another Method to send the code to your phone. 
    Email Authentication page. There is a blank text box asking for user to enter the code they received to their email. Under this text box are the options to Go, Resend Code, or Start Over. At the very bottom of the window is the option to try another method.

  4. Enter the code 
  5. Click Go
  6. Create a New Password and confirm.
  7. Click Go
  8. You will be go to the login screen. Enter your new password and log in.
