If you forget your password
If you forget your password, you can reset it.
Go to MyPVCC and click Forgot Password.
The system will check your identity using information stored in SIS.
A reset code will be sent to your:
- Email address
- Mobile phone
If your email or phone number is not correct, or not in the system, you must contact the college help desk.
The help desk will:
- Check your identity
- Reset your password for you
Password Expiration
Your password will expire after 1 year (365 days).
The system will remind you to change your password 15 days before it expires.
Password Complexity
Passwords must be 14-100 characters long.
Passwords must include at least 3 of these:
- 1 lower case letter (a, b, c)
- 1 uppercase letter (A, B, C)
- 1 number (1, 2, 3)
- 1 special character (!, @, #, etc.)
Allowed Characters
- Lowercase & uppercase letters (a-z, A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (! @ # $ % & * ( ) _ + , ? . : -), including spaces
Do NOT use:
- Your VCCS ID
- Your first name
- Your last name
