Student Device Support

The BRCC Help Desk provides support for BRCC technology resources on student computers. This support is "best-effort" and not all devices are guaranteed to work with BRCC college resources.

Getting Started

This service is provided to assist students with VCCS software on their personal devices, and to help fix common computing issues that affect the students' school work.

Getting Help 

Students can request help with their personal devices by using the button on the top right of this page. For immediate computing help, please call the Help Desk at 540-453-2400. You may also visit the Help Desk on campus in E109

Metrics and Statistics

Student support tickets are tracked by the Help Desk Supervisor for the development of documentation and assessment of support hours.

This service is available during the Help Desk hours.
