Audio / Visual and Videoconferencing (Zoom)

Technology Services provides Audio/Visual presentation equipment in classrooms and conference rooms.  The VCCS provides all employees and enrolled students with a pro Zoom license.

Technology Services installs, maintains, and supports Audio/Visual technologies on campus.

Key function

This technology is provided to enhance learning and promote collaboration the college and with the community. 

Integration

The classroom and conference room equipment integrates with Panopto, Zoom, and other presentation and meeting software. 

Getting Started

Presentation equipment can be accessed with a VCCS (MyBRCC) login. For classroom presentations, the podium will feature an On button that enables the projector, sound, projector screen, TV displays, and cameras. Presentation podiums may include document cameras and cords to present from laptops.

For help or training with Audio/Visual equipment select Request A/V Support on the top right of this page. To report malfunctioning equipment, please select Report A/V Issue on the top of this page.
