Besides Peoplesoft delivered modules, VCCS works closely with various ERP systems that provide specialized services to students and the college community. Few notable services are XAP online admissions, WES student registration, EAB student registration, Parchment transcript services, Ad Astra facilities Management, TMS payment processing. Additionally, SIS systems are tightly coupled with internal HR and Finance systems to manage student data consistently across all systems.
Getting Started
SIS is available to all faculty, staff and current students via My VCCS. Your MyVCCS username and password are used to log in via single sign-on.

Help is available by contacting VCCS System Office staff through the Team Dynamix ticketing system.
