Key Points:
- Ensure VPN connection is established on your computer.
- These reports are automated and data is refreshed daily at 8:00 AM. Therefore, the data from these reports reflects what was in PeopleSoft SIS at the time of the data run rather than what is present at the time the user pulls the report.
- The training video provides instructions for how to access this dashboard. We also included a step-step guide for connecting to the dashboard below this page.
A few important actions to take when accessing this dashboard:
- Log in with your SAS user name and not your Reynolds email
- Use the password you created when activating your SAS profile. Click here if you need to reset your password.
- If working off-campus, you must be connected to our VPN
1. If you are working remotely, ensure VPN connection is established on your desktop/laptop computer. The VPN icon is located on the bottom right corner of the computer in the toolbar and is accessed by clicking the small carrot (^) and then the little earth icon. Click on the earth icon and then the button that says 'Connect'.
If for some reason, you need access to VPN and do not already have it on your machine, please contact Help Desk support. Once you have successfully connected, you will see this message.
2. Place the following link on a web browser: https://jsrprod.ondemand.sas.com/links/resources/report?uri=%2Freports%2Freports%2F6381a111-dbfd-4cf1-b05b-463ab72357f4&page=vi23696.
Note: Chrome is the recommended browser of choice for your session.
3. This will take you to the sign-on (i.e. landing page) where you will be prompted to put in your SAS credentials. Once you have entered your SAS username and password, click on the 'SIGN IN' button. Your username is NOT your Reynolds email but the seven character ID provided by SAS that starts with 'jsr'. Once you access with your SAS ID, the dashboard will display.
