Building Utilization by Academic Courses Dashboard

Key Points:

• Ensure VPN connection is established on your computer. 
• These reports are automated and data is refreshed daily at 8:00 AM. Therefore, the data from these reports reflects what was in PeopleSoft SIS at the time of the data run rather than what is present at the time the user pulls the report.
• ONLY students receiving instruction in a physical building/rooms is displayed.  Instruction scheduled in a physical building on a Reynolds campus for hybrid courses is included.  Conversely, instruction scheduled virtually for a hybrid course is excluded.

This dashboard is designed to provide users with information about the number of students occupying specific classroom locations throughout the college.  The report is composed of two tabs providing (1) an overview of the number of students and courses by campus, building, etc and (2) the number of students in each course when it is in a physical building/room.
