• Display settings allow you to reorganize your monitors and set them according to your workstation. It also lets you set your main display, which shows your desktop icons and will typically open new apps on that screen.

• Your first initial, last name @laurelridge.edu should show up. Just click connect and it should sign you in and amd keep you signed in.

• Open up teams and it should automatically sign you in.

• Signing into your preferred browser allows you to save your bookmarks, passwords, and history. This will ease transitioning between devices or recovering data.

• This website allows you to access Microsoft office products such as Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc. This is a great alternative if your applications are not accessible or if you are working from home.
• use your @laurelridge.edu email and password to access.

• Please note you will have to access SharePoint via office.com and will have to sync to see files locally, or you can work out of the web.

  Zoom / Teams troubleshooting

• Open up zoom workplace

• Click on SSO
• Type in vccs and it should allow you to sign in with your vccs credentials.
• You will now be signed into zoom.
