What to know:
- Self-evaluations must be completed in Vision EAS by November 14.
- The revised DHRM Policy 1.40 Performance Management requires staff to complete a self-evaluation before the supervisor issues the performance evaluation form.
- The self-evaluation form is uploaded in Vision EAS for full-time employees by November 1.
- Probationary full-time and all wage staff members are not required to complete a self-evaluation.
If you believe you should complete a self-evaluation but have not received it in Vision EAS by the close of business on November 1, don't hesitate to get in touch with your HR consultant.
How will I know my self-evaluation form is complete in Vision EAS?
You will have completed the form when the status says, "Seeking Supervisor Verification." This indicates that the form has been forwarded to your supervisor. Please note that you may continue to receive a daily summary report from Vision EAS even after completing your self-evaluation.
