To view your Total Compensation Statement, start by logging in to Cardinal here.
Next, click on the Human Capital Management (HCM) link.
Then, click on the Total Rewards - Total Compensation Statement Tile.
Your total compensation is broken out into three categories: Cash Compensation, Funded Benefits, and Paid Leave.
To view a more detailed breakdown of each category, use the menu on the left side of the page.
You can also view your total compensation from a different time period using the Rewards Period drop down menu.
