Step 1: Log in to https://my.vccs.edu/
Step 2: Click your name in the top right of the Applications page and click Profile Settings
Step 3: Click Edit Profile at the bottom right
Step 4: Click the checkbox to Uncheck MFA ALTERNATIVE EMAIL and then click Save
Step 5: Click your name again and click Logout
From this point you can follow the instructions on screen.
Step 6: Select the desired authenticator app and Scan QR code with camera to download the app (Skip this step if you already have an authenticator on your phone) and click Next
Step 7: Scan the QR code while in the authenticator app and click next. If the camera isn't opening on your authenticator app, then you need to go into your phone's settings and allow the app access to your camera.
Step 8: Enter the code from your app marked as myVCCS and click Go
