Please find attached a FAQ document that addresses the concerns expressed by classified staff during our recent discussions. I appreciate the opportunity to provide in-depth information and hope this resource will answer many questions.
I encourage all employees to work through their supervisors and HR consultants for further concerns. The dedication and support of classified staff throughout this process have been invaluable, and I want to thank you for your continued leadership and engagement through the council.
Additionally, I want to note that the questions raised by advisors will be taken to the upcoming CHRO meetings in September and October. We will provide answers to those questions once the system has collectively determined a path forward. We aim to provide written notifications in November, but please understand that this will depend on the timing of the determination among the CHROs.
