Virginia's Equal Employment Opportunity Poster

DHRM is Virginia's Department of Human Resource Management, the Commonwealth's central human resource agency. Their Office of Workforce Engagement's D&I team in March of 2024 released a new Equal Employment Opportunity Poster to reflect our state EEO-Compliant Process. This informs workers in our state of the enforcement of their workplace protections in our region, although these same rights are also protected federally, which is covered in the page for the "Know Your Rights" poster.
