Cash Match Plan

Full-time employees are eligible to receive a cash match to either the 457 or 403(b) plan depending on your retirement plan contributions. For eligible employees, the employer will match 50% of your contribution up to a maximum of $20.00 per pay period. Although you can contribute to both the 457 and 403(b) plans, you will only receive one cash match. VRS Hybrid employees must contribute the full 4% voluntary contribution in order to be eligible for a cash match to a supplemental retirement plan. For employees contributing to the 457 plan, the cash match will be setup automatically. For employees contributing to the 403(b) plan, the Cash Match Agreement Form (attached to the right) will need to be submitted along with the Salary Reduction Agreement Form.
