TDX: What to do if you think you aren't getting all your TeamDynamix email notifications

First find a ticket that has a notification that you think you should have received but didn't.  Look at the ticket feed and make sure it says notified and your email address after it.  If it doesn't then the user who added the comment didn't select you for notification and this is a training issue.  If it does then first check your junk mail folder for the email.  If it isn't there then check your email rules and make sure you aren't doing anything to move these emails out of your inbox or mark them as read.

Still can't find it?  Take a look at this KB article https://help.vccs.edu/TDClient/KB/ArticleDet?ID=2913.  It has instructions for checking your quarantine folder. When I check mine I have to sign in using klawrence@vccs.edu and using my network password. Then I’m able to get in. On occasion I’ve found TD emails here. Please open a TeamDynamix ticket if you find it here so that we can work with the appropriate people to get the email address allow-listed.  If you do find them there you can forward them to your email.

If your college uses a different system for email you will want to check with your college's help desk and ask them for assistance.  If this is the problem please work with your college's help desk to allow-list the TeamDynamix address.

The ip address that should be added to the Allow List is 104.45.142.148
