Client licenses are free and anyone who self-registers gets a client license.
As part of onboarding, an employee can self register once they have a valid myVCCS user id.
Anyone needing something other than a technician's license should fill out SOSEC001 form and have it signed by their manager. Then submit a TD ticket attaching that form to request a different license.
