People Import job didn’t run due to Proxy Error in iPaaS
Check iPaaS log
Applications > Production Flows > People Import Post-Processing
If it shows Proxy Error, will need to update the password on the Server and in iPaaS flow credentials in both sandbox and PROD iPaaS applications credentials
Log into Windows server pv03029.vccs.edu and update the iPaaS local user password. Just need to make sure the passwords match. Don’t need it for anything else.
Right click on iPaaS
Click Proceed
Update iPaaS user password in both Prod and sandbox
Click on iPaaS windows User link to update password
Re-add the people import file to the Pending2 directory and it should start processing.
