The VCCS is currently subscribed to the full business edition of Zoom, allowing up to 300 participants and up to 30 hours per meeting. All P&HCC staff are free to use the service, however, it requires a slightly different sign-in procedure.
Open the Zoom Workplace app on your PC and instead of entering an email address and password, click the SSO button near the bottom of the sign in screen.
Enter "vccs" in the Company domain field and click the Continue button:
You will be presented with the familar VCCS login screen. Log in with your email.vccs.edu address:
Then you will get a pop up asking if you would like the browser to open the Zoom App. Click Open and the Zoom Workplace app will launch and will be signed in. (you can optionally check the "Always allow vccs.zoom.us to open links of this type in the associated app" checkbox to not be asked that question again)
